This mini skirt is about mid-thigh. The top half (from the hips to the crotch) is streamlined to my figure and the bottom half (from the crotch to mid-thigh) is composed of two layers of ruffles. The top ruffle of the mini is made out of gauzy white silk with burnt orange rose blooms on it and the ruffle underneath it is a light white silk.
Seriously folks, I've boggled my mind to come up with some sort of appropriate outfit for this that isn't too casual or too formal. Too casual = wearing it with a white tee shirt or a white long sleeve. Too formal = augh! Help me out here!

well im not really getting the picture in my mind but i would like totally go to forever 21 or like express and where like a shirt that goes to your waist and not 2 short.because your skirt sounds a little casual but if your where it with like a nice white shirt and maybe long necklace from new york and company.cute cute cute!!
