When some captain or major messed up and get 'promoted' to general...in the arctic in charge of frozen icebear droppings, how do you call that.
No I don't mean demoted, There is this figure of speech I have forgotten. Do you know?
How do you say this in more 'floral' language?
" I have been assigned a special duty which nobody can be given and where my ability could be utilized fully and effectively"
