If you are handy with a needle, Try JoAnn Fabrics or Hancock Fabrics, they have both stock items and special order. I know JoAnn has it. You will get the exact design that you want this way. If you aren't then you could purchase cloth napkins and hang them diagnal across the curatin rod. If you want embelishments you could put the corners through napkin rings and hang rings on the rod. This would form the valance.
Reply:valances are really easy to make. It's just a matter of using enough material to get a nice shirr on the rod and heming it on both ends and creating the pocket for the rod.
