What ever happened to the floral pattern or pastel colored toilet paper that they used to sell in the market?

I can't find it anywhere nowadays.

What ever happened to the floral pattern or pastel colored toilet paper that they used to sell in the market?
fell out of fashion is the main reason
Reply:Some of the dyes used to color the paper caused irritation to people's 'sensitive' areas, and dumped more chemicals into the sewage treatment facilities.

The dyes also supposedly made the paper harder to break down. More clogs in people's homes, and then even more difficulties in the sewage treatment plants.
Reply:I know--I liked it, too. I think most of them went to white because it is supposed to be better for the environment. Probably cheaper to make anyway.

And have you noticed how the double, extra, mega rolls are really about the same size or maybe just a bit fatter than what a regular roll is supposed to be, and the "regular" rolls seem really chinchy?!

The only brand I know that still makes the printed kind is Angel Soft, but not every store carries it--sometimes I can find it, sometimes I can't. I was able to find their website (link below), and it looks like they have a product locator search engine so that you can find stores that carry their products in your zip code. They also have embossed design on their white rolls that is kind of pretty compared to plain smooth rolls. Hope that helps, and wish I was getting paid for the endorsement!!
