I'm a college student studying marketing, and I'm a cake decorator on the side. I want to learn the above for a few reasons, and was curious where do I start? I'm in Ohio (just in case that applies to something).
How does one become a "Certified Floral Designer"?
It would depend if you want to go further in the cake decorating field you would become a sugar artist. So if you could find a group or association in your state. It would probably be under confectioners. You could contact a few and ask around.
