What are ten common problems when starting a floral business?

I am in the industry. First employees, be responsible about your hiring, don't hire lazy chatter boxes, people don't want to buy flowers for their girlfriend if their wives find out about it. Flower quality, people won't come back for another arrangement if your selling week old flowers. Word of mouth is a killer when someones flowers die the next day. Don't say you have the freshest flowers if you can't stand behind it. Deliver at 11 if that is when your supposed to not 11:05. Last but not least if you set up charge account for people make sure you know who owes you the money. I have been in the industry 12 years. I have been through 3 owners of one shop. Trust me, I have seen mistakes and learned from them the easy way not being the owner. Good Luck :)
