Reply:My advice get some ideas and then a good florist.
When I was planning my wedding to get floral ideas I cut out pictures from magazines and typed in different searchs on the internet ("wedding flowers", "wedding cernterpiece"...).
After I had an idea of what I wanted I took the pictures to my florist. She was able to look at my pictures and know the colors and styles I liked. She was able to console me on flowers that would fit the style I liked that would last through the night. She was also able to give me the "best bang for me buck."

I have orange leather texture walls, red sofa and red floral chair, should I paint walls different color?
It depends on whether YOU like it!
Traditionally, orange and red do not go together, and it's a strong combination for a whole room. If you look at traditional Indian decor, there is a lot of use of strong colors, and it looks great.
You could tone down the orange to a yellow, but it also takes a lot of paint to cover a strong color.
I have orange leather texture walls, red sofa and red floral chair, should I paint walls different color?
I think I would use black accessories and some earth tones to cool down the colors. As a matter effect, I have chosen orange walls for my guest bedroom. The Bedspread I selected is red and gold with black and tan in it. I think you will have a nice spot to be in as long as you tone done the color of your accessories.
Reply:to paint over textures intensely colored walls will take a lot of paint. you could maybe drape some semi sheer fabric over parts of the walls, in maybe a soft lighter orange or pale yellow or off white to soften the look, then incorporate that color in some accent pieces, pillows, get an area rug to tie it all together..or, for the walls, you could do a wash of a lighter color, letting some of the orange show through. check your local home depot, or sherwin williams store for the technique. you can also find the technique on line. www.artsparx.com/a_colorwash.asp
that will still leave the leather texture, but soften the color..
good luck

Reply:what's an arraingement?
i assume it's some sort of walrus. so, i think that arranging christmas flowers in the shape of a walrus is blasphemous.
Reply:poinsettia, evergreen, holly, christmas cactus, narcissus
Reply:Pointsettes of course!
Reply:posietta has always been the most popular Christmas flower
Reply:Don't forget holly, and amyriyis! Go to Hobby Lobby, or Michaels, or Old time Pottery. They have examples, and sell some of the arrangements.
My favorite is a Xmas lantern, with a arrangement of evergreen, pine cones, and berries around it. I had an artificial arrangement, in a long, low oval bowl, it had evergreen branches, and red velvet balls stuck in. Another was a round bowl, with the bowl filled with angel hair, and some evergreen arranged on top. There was a candle in the middle, and a soft body elf hanging onto the candle.
Hula is right, very popular to fill a a clear glass vase with cranberries, and stick in some red flowers. Very minimalist, and very pretty.
Reply:Poinsettia
Reply:Poinsettia .. Or anything red and green hope this helps.

When making corsages/bouquets, does a floral solution exist?
I will be making my own corsages and bouquets on my wedding day. Some friends told me that florists dip the flowers or spray them with some solution that essentially seals the flower so that they don't wilt or continue to bloom. Does this exist? What is called? Where do I get it?
When making corsages/bouquets, does a floral solution exist?
For wearable flowers, I don't think so.
There's an 'anti desiccant' spray, that will help "keep" the flowers longer. It's called Wilt Pruf. However, it is waxy product, so could leave residue on fabric.
The best thing to do is to soak the whole corsage in water... fill a sink, and let them sink/float, for the 12 hours before the ceremony. Water will be absorbed through the flower. Keep them cool/ in the shade until they are ready to be worn.
It isn't unusual for a florist to arrange wedding flowers the day of the ceremony. Ofcourse for a guest/ participant of the wedding, that's quite impossible.
Good luck
I hope that this helps

What should I wear with a floral, flirty mini skirt?
This mini skirt is about mid-thigh. The top half (from the hips to the crotch) is streamlined to my figure and the bottom half (from the crotch to mid-thigh) is composed of two layers of ruffles. The top ruffle of the mini is made out of gauzy white silk with burnt orange rose blooms on it and the ruffle underneath it is a light white silk.
Seriously folks, I've boggled my mind to come up with some sort of appropriate outfit for this that isn't too casual or too formal. Too casual = wearing it with a white tee shirt or a white long sleeve. Too formal = augh! Help me out here!
What should I wear with a floral, flirty mini skirt?
well im not really getting the picture in my mind but i would like totally go to forever 21 or like express and where like a shirt that goes to your waist and not 2 short.because your skirt sounds a little casual but if your where it with like a nice white shirt and maybe long necklace from new york and company.cute cute cute!!
Reply:A pink polo shirt not all the way buttoned up
Reply:white tank top
Reply:A white/pale yellow singlet would be good. Hair style, skin colour , jewellery and shoes all play a big part in the overall look you're wanting to achieve.
Dont stress much and just work with what you'v got.
like your handbag for instance.
Reply:wear a white spaghetti strap top, and brown leather platforms or straw colored wedges
